      • Thank you for booking your private transfer with us! Please kindly double-check that the details you have provided (date, flight number, phone number, hotel name, and address) are correct. Upon your arrival at Ngurah Rai Bali (Denpasar) Airport on the date and time you have informed us, your private driver will be waiting for you at the International/Domestic Arrival pick-up area holding a sign with your name while you complete immigration and baggage collection, which usually takes around 30-60 minutes. To ensure smooth communication, please make sure you have internet access (free airport WiFi is available).
